The story of 2 Mikes’ Diner begins long before 1985. Mike Sr.’s father, Grandpa Mike, was a true pioneer in the diner world, starting his first small diner in 1947. With a passion for hearty meals and community gathering spots, he built a reputation for excellent service and classic comfort food across South Carolina.
Grandpa Mike eventually passed the torch to Mike Sr., who carried on the family legacy with pride. In 1985, Mike Sr. and his son, Mike Jr., opened 2 Mike’s Diner, combining decades of tradition with a fresh, modern approach to classic American cuisine. Today, we continue to honor our roots while serving Hollywood, SC, with delicious meals 24 hours a day, every day.
